Excellent link. Great find.

There is a sub-link on this page that takes you to the math!!!

Today we will have to decide on our drive platform, kiwi (aka Holonomic) or tank.

Drive types presentation by Simbotics, 1114.

Excellent presentation. It also explains why we had such a hard time turning last year with 6 pneumatic wheels.

As far as holonomic drive code is concerned, it is very simple, only a single line (FIRST provided a built in function). So there's no need to worry about the coding aspect of holonomic drive when making a decision between tank and holonomic.
