So a robot has been built in three days!

The robot in three days challenge has been completed and this is what they came up with. Looks very cool! Post and comments as to what you like and don't like, and what could have been improved upon!

thats pretty awesome! however if we would like to be able to shoot the frizbees a long distance, say the length of the field like from the loading zone they really seem to curve to the right since both of the shooter wheels are on the same side as pictured in this video

although they do decide to go with the shooter in the video above i really like the 'straightness' of the flight with the wheel they use at the end of the video here

Very cool bot.

The good
1 shoots
2 lifts off ground
3 drives

The bad
1 have to turn around after loading
2 only lifts up to zone 1
3 can not go sideways
4 does not pick up off the ground

What I learnt
Lots
the hopper can be as simple as a slot like theirs
a straight shooter works


Now it is up to us to take this design to the next level.
Turn their negatives to positives

their low mounted shooter may be unacceptable to being blocked but the magazine of frisbees above the shooter is an interesting arrangement.
a floor pickup mechanism could be added to the side that feeds into the shooter
