Don't have a crio at my house, and there wasn't one in the kit of parts. Should there have been one in the kit of parts?

there is supposed to be a 4-slot crio in the green tote, according to the checklist found on the FIRST website http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/kit-of-parts

Isn't the green tote for rookies only?

The crio is a good amount of cash with the modules, about $450 I think. If we have the headroom, it would be nice to grab another one.

Configured robot radio. Successfully compiled Sprockets 2013 base code (basic formatting and a standard tank drive) in windriver. In order to complete the configuration of windriver I will need to image the crio. I need to know if we are using an old crio or if we have the extra money to buy a new one. It would be a pain to image 2 crios.

Configured cRio.
Discovered problems with the robot running code. Motors ran unexpectedly for unknown reasons.

Recently a chief delphi post was posted in which another team is experiencing the same problem. I'm not ruling out that it's code but to save me hours of debugging are we 100% sure that everything is hooked up properly? Additionally with further investigation and talking to Brendan I am sure that the problem has nothing to do with the crio. Finally I'm 99% sure it isn't code because we had one of the wheels working but unfortunately the wheel wasn't mounted properly.
